Lead Process Maintenance Upstream

Job Description
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITY:
- all maintenance activities to be performed in her/his area.
- defining priorities and assigning tasks to upstream technicians and Process Maintenance engineer
- ensuring that activities are done following GMP, HSE procedures/rules
- reviewing and closing work orders
- transferring knowledge
- performing root cause analysis
- proposing training for knowledge leverage of technicians to the Head of process Maintenance
- Managing deviations and CAPA
- Perform LOTO plans
- Organize the shift organization of upstream technicians
- Troubleshooting and technical issues analysis by using his/her expertise. Proposes new improvement ideas to increase the asset utilization by analyzing data from CMMS and manufacturing performances
- Work closely with process engineering for modification and CAPEX project
- Be the back up of Lead Process Maintenance-downstream and/or Head of Process Maintenance
Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master, Engineer diploma or equivalent in technical fields(Mechanical, electromechanichal, process Engineering...)
- CFC or technical diploma with at least 5 years of experience
Minimum (2 years of experience if Engineer and 7 years if technician) in Biotech/Pharma, food or chemical industries
Good Communication/Good team leadership/Functional management
Fluent in English. German will be a plus
