The Solution Director participates in pre-sales activities and assists the sales team in identifying and qualifying standard pursuits. The Solution Director leads and guides the pursuit/bid team to develop the solution, pricing, proposal creation and presentations to the customer. The Solution Director works with the Offering team, Commercial Management and Legal to develop opportunity SOWs, understand key risks and mitigation strategies. The Solution Director provides support to Legal as required for negotiations.

We are currently looking for a Controller to join our team. While this role is remote, there is an expectation to attend on-site events at the Mississauga, ON location on as per-need-be basis.
The Controller will be responsible for Internal and External Financial Reporting, Cash Forecasting, Treasury, Operational Accounting, Monthly Financial Close, Vendor Relations, Bank ABL, Compliance Reporting, Tax (income, sales, and use), Payroll Management, and Internal Operations. This position with serve as the subject matter expert on all technical accounting issues and ensure compliance with all GAAP conventions and corporate policies and procedures.

The SE will be responsible for uncovering whitespace opportunities, building relationships across all customer organizations, and educating key stakeholders within customer base. They need to be consistently growing their pipeline and closing new services and technology contracts. The SE will need to collaborate with internal resources to identify solutions and meet customer needs.
