To qualify for a chance to win, your entry must be received by m idnight (EST) on 10/31/07 .   In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account. Use of automated devices not valid for entry.   Incomplete entries will not be eligible for the contest.

The Winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted on or about 11/15/07 by U., Inc, whose decisions are final.   Winner will be notified via email and telephone and will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability which must be signed and received by sponsor.    An alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing, if affidavit of winner is not received via fax within 24 hours of email notification.   Winner will be required to provide all taxpayer information, including social security number, before claiming prize.   If prize notification email is returned as undeliverable, it will result in disqualification, and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. Winner may not substitute or transfer prize.   Prize is not redeemable for cash. Companion Winner chooses to take on this trip must also be 18 years old or 21 years old and above for travel to Las Vegas, Reno, Lake Tahoe and sign Travel Acceptance waiver.   All taxes on prize and any other costs or expenses related to prize are winner's responsibility.   Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes giving U. PRIZE:  

•  ONE (1) Winning PRIZE:    Round trip airfare for two people on Southwest Airlines.   Airline ticket booking is subject to booking availability. Airfare will be booked directly by U. Inc. and redeemed at the sole discretion of U. Inc.   Travel must be completed by 7/31/08 .

Total Approximate Retail Value of this trip not to exceed $2000.   There will be no cash reimbursement for any portion of   trip.   Winner is responsible for all hotel, meals and other travel expenses associated with trip.    U. Inc. shall act only as agent for the named passenger in making arrangements for hotels and air transportation and does not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident or delay to person or property due to an act of negligence of, or default of, any hotel, air carrier, or any person rendering a service during this trip.   U. Inc. will not be held responsible for emergency resulting from acts of God, nature or acts of any government or authority.   Further, no responsibilities are accepted for any damage or delay due to sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints, weather or other causes beyond their personal control. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority. The passage contract in use by the airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and passengers. Winner and companion should make their own personal travel insurance arrangements for the trip. While U. Inc. will take reasonable care in arranging the trip, U. Inc. will not be liable for any failure to provide the visit (or any part of it) due to circumstances of terrorism, war, or other events beyond U.'s reasonable control. Individual passengers shall be responsible for payment of excess baggage charges, upgrades and any other charges incurred after issuance of tickets. Partially or wholly unused tickets may not be returned for credit.
